Every time I have a party, I never know what kind of music to play. I like to have some kind of music playing as guests arrive to get rid of any awkward silence that may occur before a crowd forms. It is almost like planning music for a wedding reception, because I want the guests to feel comfortable dancing if they want to, but I want music that will not be so loud that they are unable to hear each other when talking. I was talking to a friend of mine about what music to play and she suggested I use direct TV music channels during my next party. She always uses it and she told me that there is quite a wide variety of music to choose from. She said it is almost like listening to the radio because the song choices are so good, but you do not have to listen to commercials. I think I am going to look into it because it would save me from a lot of time and stress trying to find the perfect music for parties.
